jaws and windows update

Anyone else having this trouble? The pc cursor does not read with the windows update website but the jaws cursor will, Jaws will just say no links. However if I keep unloading and reloading the page it will eventually work. This is win xp and jaws6.0. Thanks.

just wait until the page loads normally. it may say complete, but it is scanning you system for information it uses in the updates.

I agree. That site can take a long time; it's checking your system for updates and all that. Just give it some time and it will load.
